  • Administrator
  • HR head
  • Interviewer
  • The applicant
  • Supervisor

Administrator module:

This module gives an interface to add new jobs in Job Street. This module gives functionalities to inform job and walk-in information. This module also includes activity seek functionality which could be very helpful for process seekers to search for jobs. Also, it offers the facility to filter the roles based on standards like area, experience, and useful area. Keyword search is also to be had. Administrator generates reports like a wide variety of applicants in the web page and quantity of HR and executives.

Applicant module:

The applicant submits his/her resume to a recognized email id with an opportunity id. On receiving the email, extract the mail contents & save it. Based totally on the possible identification send it to respective HR (FINANCE, IM, etc.). The Applicant will respond to popularity/rejection concern line. On rejection, the technique may be ended. On recognition, new employee id/mail-id might be generated & system can be ended.

HR module:

HR will verify the resume; if shortlisted, forward it to respective managers. On rejection, an email will be sent to the applicant with purpose. The manager will replace primarily based on the results.

Manager module:

The manager will agenda the interview & assigns a team member to perform the interview. The supervisor will inform based on the results.

Interviewer module:

Interviewer conducts the interview & updates the interview output.
